Our products are built for flexible workplaces – and often that commitment to flexibility extends to the way we build and install our products. Our office fitout for an Australian Government department at 700 Collins Street was done in stages across a six month period so our works didn't disrupt the department’s workflow.
The fitout consisted of 688 H4 lockers finished in Laminex 'Parchment' and 'Paperbark', installed across the two floors. Each bank featured a 200 mm high kicker box detail in Laminex 'Fossil', plus an open coat cupboard constructed of Polytec 'Natural Oak' complete with hanging rail. The lock chosen was a combination lock in brushed metal, positioned with a Lockin round number tag.
Locker banks were built as freestanding blocks that were then positioned as decorative and functional room dividers across the office space. To aid team collaboration and utilise valuable real estate a magnetic whiteboard was installed on the back of each locker bank.
